I have a 46 X 20 boathouse in the Port of Everett. Perfect fit for a 36GB. Great enclosed space for boat projects, varnishing, etc. Hot and cold water. 30Amp hookups. Large loft with a hoist that will lift up to a 13' whaler. Secure, remote operated roll up door. Nothing like a boathouse to lower your overall maintenance costs. Plus the Port of Everett marina is fed by the Snohomish river so the boat sits in low salt water causing very low bottom growth. Call 425-870-2062
